Proof artwork is provided on large and critical jobs to give customers and staff opportunity to correct and perfect artwork before production begins.
If one or more completed products reveal errors that were present in approved artwork, it is unfortunately up to the customer to accept the affected products or re-order corrected copies at their cost.
