To make the engraving process easier for us, and cheaper for you, please provide long name lists in a Word or Excel file. The correct format for long engraving lists is explained below. Contact Us if you need more info or help.
Save Time, Reduce Mistakes
Typing lists and details from hand-written, printed, or poorly formatted documents is one of the most time consuming aspects of the engraving process.
This can also create errors and may require you - our valued customer - to return one or more products for correction.
We would rather get it right the first time.
How we've improved the system
Our engravers are able to import long lists into ready-made templates which can be filled and arranged by computer. Processes which once would have taken a lot of time to complete can now take a matter of seconds. The incidences of new errors are eliminated, and the work that you have done to compile your list will not have been in vain because the list that we use is the same list that you sent us.
What We Need from You
To make the process work, we just need your lists to be entered into an MS Excel spreadsheet or an MS Word table.
Use 1 row only for each trophy / engraving. Use columns to specify each
trophy's details - as many columns as you need - or leave blank if that column's
details do not apply to that trophy. Do not
use commas anywhere in your list. Enter details using the
capitalization
that you want us to use (if it's important).
